Please remember you must call the IL DNR 217-782-7305 and or go online to get your permits with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.

In doing so, I am willing to provide the personal information and deposit needed to reserve the dates of my hunt.  I am also aware of the cancellation
policy of ILOVTH - Deposits will not be refunded in case of cancellation.  Although deposits may be transferred to another hunt if made within
sixty days of original reserved hunt.  I do understand there is a management fee of $750.00 if I shoot a buck scoring below 130"s.
I also understand that I must provide my own drinks and lunch items while in camp.  At times I will also be asked to drive to a farm
we are hunting in case guides have a single cab vehicle.  I do understand that I have to wear a safety belt that I will provide for myself
at all times while hunting with ILOVTH.  Lastly, I absolve Illinois Ohio Valley Trophy Hunts, LLC, contracted guides, cooks, and employees
from any liability for injury or illness which me be incurred as a result of hunting or scouting with ILOVTH, llc.
